**Where is your jewelry made?** Our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and crafted right in our studio, located in the vibrant heart of Philadelphia.
**What is your delivery lead-time?** For individual orders, we typically ship within 3-5 business days to bring you a personalized piece. Larger wholesale orders, crafted with careful attention to detail, may require 4-6 weeks to complete.
**What materials do you work with?** We work primarily with recycled sterling silver, 14kt gold-filled and solid gold, as well as semi-precious and precious stones and freshwater pearls to create each unique piece.
**What is gold-filled?** Gold-filled jewelry is created by bonding a layer of 14kt solid gold to a brass core. With a legally required 1/20th gold content, our 14kt gold-filled pieces have a lasting glow that holds up to wear over time, unlike gold-plated items.
**Is your silver sterling?** Yes, all our sterling silver is 100% recycled, containing 92.5% silver mixed with 7.5% copper for durability. Some pieces are oxidized for added character, bringing out the texture and hammering for a striking look.
**What if any of the pieces in my order don’t meet my expectations?** If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping. Just contact us for an RA# and return instructions.
