What is your delivery lead-time? For individual orders, expect a bespoke touch within 3-5 business days. Larger wholesale orders, crafted with meticulous precision, may take 4-6 weeks.
What materials do you work with? Our creations come to life using a palette of recycled sterling silver, 14kt gold-filled and solid gold, semi-precious and precious stones, and freshwater pearls.
What is gold-filled? Gold-filled is an alchemical dance where a sheet of solid 14 karat gold gracefully embraces a core of brass, resulting in a piece of enduring radiance. With its legally mandated 1/20th gold content, our 14kt gold-filled jewelry outshines the ephemeral glow of gold plating, ensuring timeless allure with proper care.
Is your silver sterling? Yes, indeed, and it's not just any silver — it's 100% recycled sterling silver. This robust alloy, composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, marries aesthetics with resilience. Some pieces receive an oxidized finish, accentuating recesses and hammering to create a symphony of contrast on the sterling canvas.
What if any of the pieces in my order don’t meet my expectations? Should your item fall short of expectation, returns are graciously accepted within 14 days of receiving the jewelry. Simply reach out for an RA#, and upon its safe return, full refunds minus shipping charges will be given upon receipt.

Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted and therefore delicate. Please take care of your jewelry so you can enjoy them for a lifetime. The majority of our jewelry is made of recycled sterling silver, 14kt gold filled and 14 karat gold.
We recommend you take off your jewelry before getting in the pool, bath, or doing any physically strenuous activities.
To avoid tarnishing when you store your jewelry, make sure it is stored airtight, as humidity is an enemy to precious metals.
Clean your jewelry with warm water, a mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush to get into all the different nooks and crannies. We don't recommend using harsh cleaners or chemicals. Ultrasonic cleaners, while often effective, can also damage the piece.
Most of our jewelry has a dark oxidized black patina applied to the silver. Using a jewelry cloth will lighten this patina and should be only used on the chains and gold elements. The dark patina on the silver might get lighter over time, especially on pieces that experience more wear such as necklace chain and ring. If at any point you would like your piece re-patinaed, please contact us directly.

Use the Ring Sizing Guide to measure a ring you have at home by placing the ring over the size circles until it matches the inside edge of your ring. Make sure the ring you use fits the exact finger (and hand) the you are purchasing the ring for.
To create your own ring sizer, start by cutting out the ring sizer. Wrap the ring sizer snugly around the widest part of the intended finger so that the numbers are visible to you, and insert the pointed end through the slit you made in the sizer. Make note of the number that lines up with the slit, this is your ring size!
