Where is your jewelry made? In our Queen Village studio in Philadelphia. Every piece is handmade by Ian at his bench.
What is your delivery lead-time? 1-3 business days for individual orders. Wholesale orders take 4-6 weeks.
What materials do you work with? Recycled sterling silver (often oxidized), 14k gold-filled and solid gold wire, semi-precious stones, and freshwater pearls.
What is gold-filled? A thick layer of 14k solid gold bonded to a brass core - 1/20th gold content by weight, which is legally required to be called "gold-filled." It wears like solid gold, not like gold-plated jewelry that rubs off over time.
Is your silver sterling? Yes, 100% recycled sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% copper). Many pieces are oxidized to bring out the hammered texture and create contrast with the gold.
What if the piece doesn't meet my expectations? 14-day returns (28 days for holiday orders). Contact sales@jandijewelry.com for return authorization. Items must be unworn with original packaging. Full refund minus shipping.

Jewelry Care Guide
Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted and therefore delicate. Please take care of your jewelry so you can enjoy them for a lifetime. The majority of our jewelry is made of recycled sterling silver, 14kt gold filled and 14 karat gold.
We recommend you take off your jewelry before getting in the pool, bath, or doing any physically strenuous activities.
To avoid tarnishing when you store your jewelry, make sure it is stored airtight, as humidity is an enemy to precious metals.
Clean your jewelry with warm water, a mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush to get into all the different nooks and crannies. We don't recommend using harsh cleaners or chemicals. Ultrasonic cleaners, while often effective, can also damage the piece.
Most of our jewelry has a dark oxidized black patina applied to the silver. Using a jewelry cloth will lighten this patina and should be only used on the chains and gold elements. The dark patina on the silver might get lighter over time, especially on pieces that experience more wear such as necklace chain and ring. If at any point you would like your piece re-patinaed, please contact us directly.

If you would like to measure your ring size immediately, print out our simple Ring Sizing Guide. Before you print the guide, be sure to check that page scaling is set to “none” on your print dialog box.
Use the Ring Sizing Guide to measure a ring you have at home by placing the ring over the size circles until it matches the inside edge of your ring. Make sure the ring you use fits the exact finger (and hand) the you are purchasing the ring for.
To create your own ring sizer, start by cutting out the ring sizer. Wrap the ring sizer snugly around the widest part of the intended finger so that the numbers are visible to you, and insert the pointed end through the slit you made in the sizer. Make note of the number that lines up with the slit, this is your ring size!
We are happy to send you a complimentary ring sizer so that you can easily measure your ring size at home. Ring sizers shipped to the US and Canada will arrive within five to seven business days and delivery time to the UK and Australia may take longer.
