What is your delivery leadtime? We make and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your package leaves our Philadelphia studio, delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method.

What if the piece doesn't meet my expectations? You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return (28 days for holiday orders placed November 15-December 19). Items must be unworn with original packaging. Contact sales@jandijewelry.com for return authorization. Full refund minus original shipping costs.
