A 14mm faceted labradorite teardrop is wire-wrapped at the top with 14K gold-filled wire, the coiled cap connecting directly to a 14K gold-filled ear wire. The stone's grey-green surface shifts to blue-gold flash depending on the angle of light, a characteristic that reads clearly at this size and cut.
These earrings measure 3/4" in total drop length from the bottom of the ear wire.

Where is your jewelry made? In our Queen Village studio in Philadelphia. Every piece is handmade by Ian at his bench.
What is your delivery lead-time? 1-3 business days for individual orders. Wholesale orders take 4-6 weeks.
What materials do you work with? Recycled sterling silver (often oxidized), 14k gold-filled and solid gold wire, semi-precious stones, and freshwater pearls.
What is gold-filled? A thick layer of 14k solid gold bonded to a brass core - 1/20th gold content by weight, which is legally required to be called "gold-filled." It wears like solid gold, not like gold-plated jewelry that rubs off over time.
Is your silver sterling? Yes, 100% recycled sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% copper). Many pieces are oxidized to bring out the hammered texture and create contrast with the gold.
