HOLIDAY SHIPPING & ORDERING DEADLINES

Last day to order for holiday delivery: December 19th

Orders placed by December 19th will be made and shipped by December 22nd. We're working at full speed with a 1-3 day turnaround, but once your package leaves our studio, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands.

Shipping Options

USPS Ground Advantage (Free) Standard ground shipping through USPS. This is the most economical option, but delivery times can be unpredictable during the holiday rush.

UPS (Expedited) Faster and more reliable tracking during the busy season. If you need your order by December 24th and are ordering close to our deadline, choose UPS.

Local Pickup (Philadelphia) Available through December 22nd at our Queen Village studio. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time. Questions about pickup? Contact us.

We can't guarantee delivery dates - we can only promise to make your jewelry quickly and get it to the carrier. Choose your shipping method based on your timeline and comfort level with holiday mail delays.

Studio Closure

Our Philadelphia studio will be closed December 24 - January 1. No orders will be made or shipped during this time. Orders placed after December 19th will be made when we return in the new year.

Holiday Return Policy

Extended 28-day return window for all holiday orders. We've extended our return policy through the holidays so you can shop early and gift with confidence. The standard return window won't close before your recipient has a chance to open their gift. View our complete returns and exchanges policy.
