Terms & Conditions:
J & I is a wholesale company selling to the trade only.
All wholesale orders must have a valid resale number.
Our products are handmade and produced to order, not mass produced and warehoused. Please allow a maximum of 4 weeks for delivery.
Ordering:
If you would like to place an order, call, fax or email us. Our minimum opening order is $150.00 USD with no minimum on reorders.
Payment:
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card shipments are not billed until the day of shipment.
Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated.
Return Policy:
All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number which we will assign when you notify us of your impending return.
